We collect account registration data (name, email, organization), CRM contact lists you import or create, communications logs, and usage telemetry necessary to operate the platform reliably.

2. Sovereign Data Ownership

Your lead records, customer contact databases, and communication logs belong solely to your organization. We never sell, rent, or cross-monetize your workspace customer data.

3. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Brevo, Google OAuth, or custom webhooks, data transmitted through those APIs is handled according to their respective developer terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can export your complete CRM lead database at any time via CSV export and request permanent account data deletion by contacting our privacy team.
